talking to the kids…

This morning I had the opportunity to speak to two services of children’s church at Erin’s home church in Charleston. I was very nervous as I mainly work with teens to people my age, at least when speaking, so kids and adults are on the opposite ends of the spectrum of my comfortability.

Today though I got to talk with the kids about what a missionary is, where a missionary goes, how they can share about Jesus with their family and friends, and then about our ministry and how God led us into missions. I was amazed at how these 1st-6th graders listened so very well and then asked some very good inquisitive questions of us.

We are very thankful though for the opportunities we have had to share w/ Erin’s home church Bible Center, for the way they are getting involved with KMM, and for all the dear friends we have and are making there. God has truly blessed us with our brothers and sisters in Christ at Bible Center!
