Maintain, maintain, maintain! That seems to be all I have been able to do this past week. In every diet or period of weight-loss there is that initial plateau that you hit where you have done really well, but things on the scale just didn’t move. That seems to be the predicament that I find myself in this week. I have done really well watching my calories and sticking to my daily Vi Shakes. I can see a difference in my chest and stomach, but not scale movement. Over the next week I hope lots of patience, walking, swimming, and various other forms of exercise will help me start the scale moving southward again. I am excited to also let you know that I am pretty sure another person is going to be joining me on my weight-loss journey and will be starting their 90 Day Challenge soon! How about you?
